Back in September in our Marshmallows for GrownUps editorial, we told you about Tina Bacon and her company The Pink Spatula. Well, Tina has created several new flavours for Spring and we just had to spread the news.

Just imagine the flavour palette in the Blackberry Lavender marshmallow. Wild BC Blackberries from Octagon Farms in Maple Ridge is mixed with a gentle note of Lavendar. Tina recommends cutting these up and folding them into a fresh fruit salad or melting them into a cup of hot tea.

If you're a lemon fan then the Lemon Meringue is for you. Using freshly juiced and zested lemons, this flavour is perfect on hot peach cobbler.  There is also Caramel Ripple, Vanilla Dip and Toasted Coconut.

Tina endeavours to use as many natural ingredients as possible and has recently switched her sprinkles to a brand called Let's Do. While not as brightly coloured as her previous version, they are made with organic sugar cane, organic rice flour and are naturally coloured.

Treat yourself a little bit this season and try the new marshmallow flavours from The Pink Spatula.

Stay tuned…The Pink Spatula will be releasing a special flavour for Mother's Day. We'll let you know as soon as it's announced. If you'd like to keep in-the-loop of all the Pink Spatula news, visit their Facebook Page and 'Like' them.

One lucky Stimuli reader will win a a basket full of one package of each of the new Spring Flavours from Tina at The Pink Spatula. To enter, please post a comment on this editorial. Winner will be announced on Tuesday, April 26th.

I LOVE these marshmallows, my favorite so far is the chai spice as I put it into my chai tea for the added yummy factor. Wish I could try all of them =)

Marshmallows have always been my favorite and was the Easter Bunny’s treat for me when I was little as I did NOT like (still do not like) chocolate so marshmallows & jelly beans filled my baskets and still do !! Looking forward to trying “mallows” which are my fav treat all year long .  Thanks for what I’m sure are delicious mallows.

To me marshmallows were simply something melted to hold rice krispies together and the dutiful once-a-summer-campfire roast. Not my favourite treat until I had the opportunity to try one of Tina’s delectable Chai spice on top of a cup of coffee. Divine!
