What's for dinner? Doesn't that question just fill you with dread? Whether you're feeding a family of five or cooking for yourself, figuring out what to prepare and ensuring that the proper ingredients are in your kitchen can be such a chore. We've learned that organization is the key to managing this task.

The Organized Family Menu Planner from Glow Baby helps you plan delicious and healthy meals on a weekly basis. Created by Canadian entrepreneur, Tanya Harris, the undated, 52 week planner allows you to organize each day's meal plan and compose your shopping list on a perforated tear-off sheet to take to the store with you.

To make life even easier, the planner comes with a food preferences chart, a favourite meal list, an envelop to store recipes and special occasion planning pages. The cover is wipeable and the book is printed on acid free, mixed sources FSC paper.

Not only will the menu planner reduce your daily food stress, it will also assist in tracking your food budget. The Organized Family Menu Planner is available online from glowbaby.ca for only $20.

We're giving away an Organized Family Menu Planner to one lucky Stimuli reader. To enter, post a comment on this entry telling us about your menu planning struggles.
The winner will be announced on Tuesday, September 6th.

I have been looking for a book like this for so long! It’s been hard to plan meals for my family since I have been back to work, this will make it much easier! Thanks

I just hate dinner, I am always in a rush in the morning and forget to pull anything out.  Then I get home and I get the dreaded question from my husband “What’s for dinner” and I want to throw something at him.  I think this would really be helpful as we could figure out our week together and not have to think about what I am going to pull out in the morning.

this would make life easier. I find it hard to plan meals for just 2 now that the kids have left.

This could really be helpful! I find we keep buying pre-made stuff from the deli/meat counter as we just don’t have the energy to think of something to make after work.  Then, we forget we buy vegetables, etc to make something from scratch, but we end up forgetting about it and wasting the food and money!

Planning dinners for two now that we are empty nesters is not too difficult, but lunches can be a head scratching time and family dinners are a challenge as I need to shop for more items then. This planning book may be the answer to both dilemnas.

I love cooking for my husband and having enough for us to eat lunch the next day! But while working full time I always find myself making way too many trips to the store and eating way too late…
This planner would probably become a life saver for me smile
