One of our favourite things to do here at Stimuli Magazine is browse through Etsy. There is no end to the talented and creative shop owners that sell their wares there. If you're not familiar with Etsy, it is an online shopping website for very small businesses and artists to sell their handmade and unique items.

During a recent foray into the Etsy world we discovered VitalTemptations shop and absolutely fell in love with the scarves. The shop is full of unique, stylish scarves but our favourite is this intricately crocheted, statement making scarf. Made by hand, this stunning scarf is crafted using 100% Merino wool and is 56 inches in length and 6 inches in width. While this scarf isn't exactly made for warding off the winter chill, it will warm your heart and make you feel like a million bucks!

This unique scarf has caught the eye of many bloggers and was recently featured in the SHOPPING&STYLE section of TIME OUT NEW YORK magazine. Available in an assortment of colours, it retails for $78. Each scarf is made to order so allow one week for making plus shipping time.

Not only are tights one of this season's ultimate accessories, they are a Fall and Winter wardrobe necessity. The colours, textures and patterns add pizzazz to any outfit, however, the thinner nature of their construction don't do a lot to keep feet warm inside your boots.

Shelby Mason, creator of Bootights® had her "Ah Ha" moment in an airport security line when she took off her boots only to reveal the ugly, white tube socks she was wearing for warmth and comfort. As her bio states, by the time she landed, Bootights® was taking off.

Manufactured in the United States and designed specifically for us boot loving women, Bootights® is a hybrid of a performance sock attached to a pair of tights. Whether we want to admit it or not, the wet season is upon us. While the days can be dreary and grey, using colourful accessories is a great way add some spunk to the daily grind.

Finding local talent is one of our favourite things about publishing Stimuli. There are so many wonderful artisans in the Fraser Valley and our new find is no exception.

On a recent trip to Township 7 Winery, we discovered the fabulous line of jewellery from A. Brown Designs. Created using polymer clay, local Lanlgey designer Andy Brown has found a style that is truly unique. Several of her pieces are crafted by pressing real leaves into raw polymer clay, allowing it to cure and then adding colour with acrylic paint.

In addition to the Etsy Store, A. Brown Designs has an exclusive Township 7 line of cuffs, pendants, earrings and rings that are created by using leaves from the Township 7 vines and are only available in the Township & tasting room. Prices for her work range from $10 - $40.
