Philip is handsome, charming and utterly adorable. He arrived at LAPS with his siblings when he was just a tiny baby. He was bottle fed, so he loves people and is the life of the party. Nothing makes him happier than being cuddled and carried around.
Philip had some medical issues and could not be adopted until the vet gave him the all clear. While he waited, Philip's brothers were adopted, so he's very lonely. But there's good news – Philip has a clean bill of health and he's ready to find a home of his own! This social butterfly would love to find a family who has lots of time to spend with him. He loves other cats and has spent plenty of time with dogs, so a furry sibling or two would be great.
