Disappointed that you weren’t able to snag a pair of the coveted tickets? Pout no more because we’re showing you how to host your own Diner en Blanc at home – no tickets required! From the invitations to the tablescape, I’ve put together everything you need to create an unforgettable evening.

If you’d like to go the extra step to have all-white chairs, it’s very inexpensive to rent them from your local party rental store.
3. Set the Table
An all white party require plain white dishes and plain white can be anything but boring. While you can certainly rent those as well, it may decide to invest in a new set of dinnerware, because well, white goes with anything – always. Here’s a few inexpensive choices:
Fargrik 18 piece set, $24.99; ikea.com
Lagostina 16 piece set, $119.99 (on sale for $59.99); canadiantire.ca
Mikasa Ryder 4 piece setting, $59.99; bedbathbeyond.ca
As for serving pieces, do what I do and haunt HomeSense for a couple of weeks. You’ll find some fantastic white trays, platters and cake stands at very affordable prices.
